Summary: I have really enjoyed this game so far. You need a lot of room to play. I would say at least an 8x8 foot space. I did alright on my fitness test it definitely wore me out. I would recommend it to anyone who wants to get active.

Summary: This game/workout is great. I didn't know where to start with a workout at my local gym, this designs a program suited for your individual needs without having to leave your house. This game allows you to set workouts to fit your schedule and tracks your progress. Since it utilizes Kinect it is able to tell if you are in the correct position for the workout and will tell you how to correct yourself if you are not.
Summary: I love this "game"!!! I bought the game to help get back in shape. Great interactive tool to make sure that form is correct with every exercise. The option to play your own music is also a great feature.
Best workout game I have seen on the market. Intense workout!!!

Summary: The xbox360 Nike Kinect training+ is awesome. Its like having a personal trainer & is better than the last personal trainer I had. Kudos to Nike for getting involved & making a game that is comparable to a real training experience.
WAY cheaper than a real personal trainer and you still get all the yelling!

Summary: It's awesome! I can really get a great workout at home and I love the schedules and plyometrics. Dodgeball is great! Would recommend to anyone trying to shed a few pounds without signing a contract at the gym!
Summary: And while I enjoy the more "game like" approach of Your Shape, Nike+ is a REAL workout. I've been at it a week and it is kicking my butt. I'm not in fabulous shape to begin with...still carrying 5-year-old baby weight around my midsection, so I expected a challenge. I'm pretty baffled with all the people rating it poorly as "not for beginners." What workout is?
Summary: Very competitive and hard hitting. The smart technology learns how you workout and adjusts to it. If you are not quite up to par, it will bump down the intensity, if it is too easy, it will boost up to help you gain what you want.
