Decent, but the flaws make this game average at best!!!

Summary: NHL 2K6 I've never been a fan of the 2K series of hockey games. They're decent but just don't deliver the goods the way I hoped they would! Here's my list of reasons why: - Too easy to score - Gameplay not realistic - Players look like they're floating not skating - Unlockable teams only have numbers on jerseys not actual players - Controls are awkward and hard to get used to - Put in features that most people will find repulsive NHL 2K6 did build on the greatness of the...
Summary: NHL 2K6 is full of features and has great game play. But the Graphics are pretty bad for a Next-Gen title on the 360. Madden 06 was known for having great graphics but pretty shallow on the features and that was true even though it played fine. KUSH games must have spent time making sure all the current Gametypes like Franchise, Skybox, Pond Hockey and more remained in this version and spent less development time into the looks.
Summary: I recently purchased this game for my xbox 360 because the xbox version the I owned and worked does not work on the 360. This game was obviously not completly tested before release because it has freezing issues after you complete one game, 2K6 games knows about the problem but only gives suggestions on how to fix this problem and if they don't work they say it must be your xbox 360. Graphics aren't as good as they make them look. Very easy and unrealistic game play.
Summary: The game is fun but not much different than NHL 06 for x-box1. (I was dissapointed that the 360 could not play this game). I have heard about a saving problem on this game from a few people and it's not that the game has no save option, it's just that it's very dificult to figure out how to do it, and the instruction book doesn't help at all. The only cool thing they have added is the goalies "crease control" option.
Summary: Hockey and the NHL have never appealed to me but I've usually been able to enjoy a round of virtual hockey. Kush Games has created an enjoyable hockey game this season with NHL 2K6. The only problem is that on the Xbox 360, despite the entertaining gameplay, there aren't many improvements from the current-gen versions besides a new goalie interface. NHL 2K6 features all of the gameplay modes from the current versions just like 2K Sports' other title, NBA 2K6.
Conclusion: Initially I thought they had done an amazing job improving 2k6 on 360 when compared to the original xbox. For the first time the computer players acted like you would expect them to and by far the closest to how real hockey players would. Defencemen actually try and hold the zone, forwards will cover for defence when the pinch, your players will actually try and find open space and you can really cycle the puck far better than in previous versions.
