Summary: I have always been a fan of the live game series even though they have had a bumpy road along the way I have never shifted to 2k. The new live 2010 is better but this is good also with the downloadable updates you can have an updated roster & still receive the latest stats while playing with your favorite teams.
Summary: Let me start off by saying this game is one of the best basketball games ever i bought this game like last year or the year before last i like it a lot. The graphics are great and the gameplay is great. I love this game. If you don't already have this game and you are a big fan of the franchise buy this game you will not be disappointed.
Summary: It is not the best NBA Live game that EA has produced but it is equally as good as NBA Live 08. The game is more of a challenge than NBA Live 08 and previous NBA Live titles which adds to the interest of the game.
Oh look at mr badass defender with all the speed.....

Summary: This game. Where do I start? In normal game play, or "play now", the game is everything youd expect. Sharp graphics, easy to get used to controls, and the sound on this game is great. BUT! alas, the game play. Dude, when ever you knock a ball loose, your player seriously goes into slug mode while the villain team all of a sudden goes meth driven turbo. 1 time out of 10 you get a loose ball. THIS is the main reason I decided to review the game, because it drives me crazy.
Summary: NBA Live has had a rough transition to the current generation of consoles; however, slowly but surely, the games have gotten better every year. NBA Live 09 doesn't make the same leap forward that 08 made, and the much-hyped dynamic DNA feature has little effect on the gameplay. However, new pick-and-roll controls, as well as signature playcalling, make this Live the best in several years. NBA 2K9 has "living rosters," whereas NBA Live 09 has "dynamic DNA.
