Summary: Good game but 5 years is a long time in the video game world as far as advancements in graphics. If I didn't need to use this version for a New Media Communications homework assignment I would have bought the new version. I plan on re-selling as soon as I finish my paper on my experience creating an avatar in the game, this is a great feature but I'm sure it is even better in the new version.
Summary: If you see this one in a bargain bin for ten bucks, then you may want to pick it up. I wouldn't pay full price for this one. There are a couple of things I liked: Creating a player is amazingly detailed. It would have been neat to create a team of superhuman players like I was able to do on my old Nintendo Baseball game. Graphics are neat. The faces don't look perfect, but you can see who the players are.
Summary: Overview: To best the competition and win the NBA Championship! Duh :) Single Player - Pros and Cons: Pros: Good graphics and an amazing soundtrack get you excited from the get go The commentators do a fairly good job during the game play (caution - if you hit the wrong button and do a layup from half court, they will make fun of you) The ability to customize your roster with your favorite players from all the teams You can create your own character and customize just...
Summary: This game was pretty good. The transition from PS2 to Xbox 360 was not that much different. The game play was pretty slow. But when you set down and play with a friend or two,all the trash talking starts and you realize "Hey this game is not half bad".So overall I give it a 3 out of 5. Check it out with a couple friends you wont regret it.

Summary: Although I am very impressed by the amazing graphics, that does not constitute a good game. I was disappointed with the features in the game. No francise, no dunk competition, no extra anything. Maybe I'm greedy, but when I drop money on a game I want it to contain everything. I bought this along with my new Xbox 360. Got it for a good deal at walmart and mostly got it to play with friends.
Summary: this game is ok the online is fun too but come on do they actually think that with just sweat they can make up without having 3 point shootout, dunk contest, dynasty, and create a team i love basketball and this is a disgrace to basketball nba 2k6 is out there go buy that instead of this please really if u wont to play this game only rent it but the reason im giving it a 3 instead of a 2 is cause u can practice while it is loading to go to a game if your a basketball fan...
Conclusion: I never really did any research on this game before I went out and bought it. I can't blame anyone but myself. I played the demo and thought, OK, this is just a demo. The full game is gonna be better, right? Once again, I was wrong. I was so annoyed and disappointed to the point I felt angry and could no longer play this game. I guess EA decided they would just strip away all the games features and slap a sixty dollar price tag on it just because it's on the 360.
Summary: NBA live is an alright game this year I'm happy I purchased it now I could sit up here and talk about all the things that went bad with this game but I'm going 2 focus on the good the graphic is pimp tight I like the announcers and how u can pratice while the game loads the camera angles kinda suck but once u get use 2 it u tend 2 forget about that and if u don't know there is no dynasty only 1 season and that's it but I can't get mad a that I brought this game twice 4...
