Summary: Overall 2K10 game was a solid addition to the franchise. Graphics were crisp and game play felt nice, I simply am not good at this game though. Online features were nice, but I felt it lagged a bit, perhaps my connection speed. Season and Franchise modes were the same old thing as previous installments and don't offer much fun. This is a game to brush up on alone & then school friends when they come over.
Summary: The gameplay is not a cheeser friendly as previous years where you could pick Lebron, Wade, Kobe etc & just drive in for dunks. The defense is alot better & feels more realistic. Some stuff will bug you but thats what sliders are for. You can adjust all the gameplay to your likeing with the sliders. My only gripe about this game is the shooting changed. Its not the top of youyr jump release. Its a fixed release now & you have to release the ball when it leaves his hands.
Summary: I've been a 2K fan for awhile. This is the best bball franchise for sure, but I felt like 2k10 had altered the shooting style too much from the previous. It felt awkward & shots feel rushed. It's still a very good game & probably the best one available.
Summary: Overall, this game is pretty good. I love playing blacktop and my player modes. The graphics are so-so however, with glitches every once and a while, but I think it is easily overlooked, considering what you can do on this game. The controls are a bit tricky, like making a dunk, for example. You have to time things just right, but eventually you can get used to it. I like the my player mode, but using your skill points to good use is tough.
