Summary: okay so this game is not as amazing as i thought it would be. it got boring after three days. graphics are good and love how you can replay stuff, but its like the same thing over and over agian. its not as much fun as playing basketball in real life. also it gets hard and boring after a while.
Summary: I bought this game for my husband for Christmas. He has had many, many NBA 2K games over the years (althought not 2K9 last year) and loved them. This game, from the first time he played it, had glitches.
Summary: This game is put together pretty well except for two BIG flaws. EVERY single time the computer shoots an uncontested/open shot, it goes in, EVERY time. How realistic is that? Real NBA players cant even do that during practice. Ridiculous. The second problem is the defensive help.
Summary: For a long time I was a devout NBA Live player. A few years ago the franchise went stale and little was changed or improved upon from year to year. That was when I switched over to the 2K franchise.
Summary: While playing the game in local mode (not online) the frame rates drop considerably, to the point where it feels like you're playing online over a bad connection. I normally don't nit pick at technical issues, but this one is very noticeable and aggravating.
Summary: The game is way too difficult out of the box. Calling x's and o's, means getting the ball stolen, while you choose a play for a particular player. The shooting clock is not in relation with, the 5 minute quarters, so expect scores for example of 62-45.
A very respectable release of a successful franchise

Excerpt: Basketball games like many sport orintated games these days have been becoming increasing more realistic and easier to emmulate the real life in game conterparts. Nba 2k10 does not sieze to disapoint.
Pros: Great Gameplay, Best basketball game out there
