Not really worth it

Strychnos, Amazon
7 October 2014
  • Summary: I bought this based on a review that said it has good yoga sessions - in fact it does not. It does have some Zen/Tai-Chi but not of a standard equivalent to the yoga or similar in Your Shape Fitness Evolved 2012 or Biggest Loser.

  • Summary: It helps improve my children's skills and mine. Builds self confidence especially with the lack of security on our streets in Cairo/Egypt

  • Summary: The game gives the basics of whatever you need to defend yourself, the only problem is is that it doesn't allow for strength or your own physical prowess

Dont

Keiko, Amazon
25 May 2012
  • Summary: This game is VERY dangerous for giving a false sense of security. Self defence and this game always go on about kicking to the groin. Now look someone with a basic understanding of fighting arts would not stand in a position so someone could kick them in the groin.
