Summary: Mud is an arcade motocross game based on an actual Championship, as such it features all the official locations and riders from 2012. Not the actual tracks mind you, just their country locations. The tracks still manage to look realistic though in the way they are designed. It is important to realize that this is not a MX vs ATV game, they have very little in common. In MUD you only ride bikes.
Summary: I REALLY HOPE THE PEOPLE THAT MADE MUD THE GAME SEE THIS. I think this game has great potential. Get rid of the boosting after you scrub and the nos can or w/e it is. Replace that with making the bike feel like its going faster. I feel like when i play that game the bike is a pw50 especially down straights and uphills. Also change the scrubbing to using the left analog stick. I say this because some jumps you should just be able to do a little scrub.
Summary: This game sounded promising, so having MX vs ATV for so long, I wanted a new dirt bike game. This game is terrible, I literally played it for 5 minutes and shut it off. First off, there are no controls, you can't lean, pull a wheelie, any of that stuff. You pull the throttle and turn left or right, that is it. One button allows you to do a whip, that is the only option you can do. All the stars are all foreign with only a couple of the US ones.
Summary: This game is not as bad as the reviews it is getting. I mean you have real riders, real bikes, and real tracks. The gameplay is good, and you are not falling off your bike at every bump, and turn. I own the MX series, and to be honest this is the most fun I have had with a MX game. Definitely a great buy for the money for MX fans.
Summary: i have mx/ vs atv reflex and love it when i heard there was a new moto X game coming out i preorderd it and have been counting the days i got the game today and its not good at all you dont even crash when you hit other riders only when you go out of bounds only one joystick to steer no adjustments i would of had more fun throwing the money i spent out my car window i only hope everyone reads this before they buy this game one thing for sure i know why i couldnt find any...
Summary: Sorry guys. I really never write bad reviews. But after MX vs ATV my expectations were high. Only reason I bought this was there have not been any good new Motocross games in some time. I thought maybe this was going to be a good one. Not what I expected. Get MX vs ATV and play it again.
Summary: The money Namco spent on licensing rider names should have been spent on developing the game. ALL of the THQ Motocross games ever developed for the Xbox platform offer a better gaming experience.
Summary: I knew about this game after seeing reviews and video so I had an idea of what I was buying. If they used the reflex system MX vs Atv had or even their own SBK X this would have been a good motocross game (more sim like less cartoon like). The tracks could stay the same but make it more like the real surrounding areas. Also have the riders move more fluidly. Yes it's flawed but addictive at the same time.
