If you love the MK series, go ahead and buy it but don't expect magic.

Summary: I have been playing Mortal Kombat since it was released when I was a kid, and I can say this one is a 8/10 or maybe 8.5. I love the challenge tower, it is fun and good to keep your interest with random and sometime infuriating little tasks. The the story mode is seriously lacking. I read someone describe is as a B movie vibe, and I totally agree. It is nice to include a story mode period, however this one would have been better with a previous game's spin on it.
Summary: i wanna know why mk can never come up with a versus mode why do they stay with the old school stuff i am gonna be honest after 2 or 3 months i kinda stop playing not that it's boring it's that the arcade ladder gets pretty boring to do same stuff over and over and you have to buy so much dlc for the skins for this for that it's money down the drain and i have noticed alot of games are doing that now, for me it's not worth it.sry mk fans i still like mortal kombat but...
Summary: I am a huge Mortal Kombat fan... I have played every game since Mk2 and i have to say this one was a let down... The story was pretty complicated, Its mortal kombat!! where you just beat the h*** out of whoever is in front of you but they attempted to make some sort of amazing story line that ended up failing miserably. Xbox Live is filled with people who spam smoke's teleport punch and spam projectiles in the corner of the map.
Summary: This game is just.... cheap. It's $60 (same price as PS3 version except it gets an extra character), made in Mexico, doesn't even come with a manual just a little pamplet for you to buy more stuff like 15 year old Mortal Kombat movies. As far as graphics goes, with games like Battlefield 3 and Forza 4 reaching what they are, they're pretty blah.
Summary: Well my Opinion this game sucks, But there is some good things about this game The tag team, The New X-Ray Move. If you stuck with all the Mortal Kombats they yes you'd probally like this game
Summary: This game is so great. I'll always be a fan of Mortal Kombat, and so will most gamers who were born in the 80's and 90's. All the characters we love are here, from Scorpion to Liu Kang to Nightwolf. But really, this game only re-tells the stories from MK1, 2 and 3. Now luckily for me, I got this at a discount price of £10, but to anyone who paid full whack then I'm sure they'll be muttering RIP OFF under their breaths.
