List All 2 Prices"Enslaved: Odyssey to the West" is a flawed epic. The story, the voice acting, and the action is second to none. However, the immersion is brought down by some occasionally dodgy animation, camera angles and the dreadful FMV sequences. It’s a shame, because if Ninja Theory had a bit more time or budget, this would be game of the year, easily. Read more
Enslaved is a decent start of a new game franchise and is an important step for the development team to see if they can reach new heights with a potential sequel (which I hear is already starting to shape). Read more
Enslaved: Odyssey to the West is a great example of how a gripping story and strong artistic design can overcome slight gameplay problems. Your movement is rough around the edges and you have to get through half of the game before the combat really shows off its true potential, but those are minor blemishes on this fine package. Ninja Theory once again shows their mastery of the cinematic video game experience. Read more
DICE has become quite prominent as a developer due to the Battlefield series which features console classics like Bad Company and Bad Company 2. However, Mirror’s Edge, released in 2008, has apparently also influenced a fair amount of people, especially given the implementation of free running (also known as parkour) elements and the antiseptic, sterile styling of certain maps in Brink. Nothing changes the fact though that despite some easy, dodgy, or rushed gameplay mechanics, Back to the Future: The Game is well worth experiencing for fans of the films. The voice-acting is superb, the music evokes Hans Zimmer’s iconic score well, the writing sharp and usually funny, the characters (both old and new) are interesting and the plot hits all the right notes. And the ending? Read more
Enslaved: Odyssey to the West review Game Over Online - http://www.game-over.com At first glance Enslaved: Odyssey to the West’s post-apocalyptic plot might turn away some players, but unlike the dreary brown and grey colored action games like Gears of War, Enslaved is a vibrant, beautiful and consistently stunningly realized world that manages to breathe new life into the ailing ‘post-apocalyptic’ genre. Enslaved might wind up as a sleeper surprise for the enthusiast gamers who don’t only watch Spike TV commercials to make their video game buying decisions. But it’s a shame, because this game, even with its flaws, could have really used some marketing and branding to get the word out. Read more

EA has yet again another hit this time taking the place of Faith in the game Mirrors Edge. Faith being a runner (someone who delivers messages) gets chased by blue suits as they call them if i remember correctly. Fun game its fast paced. Kind of made me dizzy here and there but u will want this game bad. It is by far a great game its just simply beautiful and i dont think any game will ever be able to pass the innovative creativity. This game i found on my xbox live game shop and it looked really interesting. it was a lot of fun and it was a challenge in some parts. i really only have one problem with the game... it was way to short i beat it in two or three 3hour sittings... dont get me wrong it was really fun and i keep playing it over and over again, finding more objects secret passages and stuff so... over all great game but way to short. i rented this game initially and enjoyed it enough to consider buying it a year and a half after the fact. seriously, if you can get it for <$10 it would be a shame not to get it. Read more

True and it certainly feels that way when you're playing Enslaved. Not sure about the whole DMC thing, though. We must give it some time. Also, Devil May Cry has always been in Capcom's hands and this is the first time they're giving it to an outside team. Read more
Having just finished my first run through on this I felt compelled to come on here and urge people to try this game for themselves. Playing a lot like Uncharted 2 only substituting hand to hand combat for guns (for the most part) and the present day "treasure hunter" angle for a post-apocalyptic setting, this has one of the most compelling storys I've ever experienced in a game. I won't go too deeply into that because I don't want to ruin it for you. Read more
I recently bought this game, because it seemed out of the ordinary genre and a novelty game. I started playing through the chapters and thought they had a good story line and required thinking on your feet, and being able to keep ur speed up without having to stop to figure out where the hell ur supposed to be going or jumping off the edge of a building ur not supposed to be. Mirror's Edge is a game of chance; you jump from a ledge and hope to get across to that nearby building and find that you have stacked it miserably; or you could land that perfectly timed jump with great success. Either way, you're going to get a mixture of both throughout this game and other annoying nuisances. Read more
Great game but definitely needed more development time. Also could of been much longer in respects to the story. I didn't like the animations in-between the game I felt it broke the immersion quite a bit. Read more
