Summary: Everything that you remember about Metal Gear Solid 2, Metal Gear Solid 3, & Metal Gear Solid: Peacewalker is identical to it's initial release. For me, it took adjusting to getting used to using the triggers to select what's in your inventory.
Summary: I am a long time MG fan. When I heard of Revengence I was interested in the direction the series was taking. I found it interesting that they were moving away from stealth and into a fast paced hack and slash style. I found the game to have excellent graphics and a good sound effects.
Summary: I love the MG and MGS franchise. When I heard Rising was coming out I was mixed that it was going to follow Raiden. Then when I learned it was going to be a hack n slash, I had more mixed feelings. I love hack n slash games, but putting that in my MGS felt weird.
Summary: I have purchased this item back in February when it first came out and wanted to write my two cents regarding the game. First off, this game is not Metal Gear Solid. It takes on a whole different route/gameplay when comapring to the traditional stealth and tactics.
Summary: At first I wasn't impressed or to happy about the way Metal Gear went with this one. After getting into a little bit and understadning it is Raidens story not Snake's I got into a little more. I played it I beat it and it was alright.
You might want to get the PS3 version, if you can.

Summary: I love the originals. This is a serious I have spent possibly too much money on over the years. Between getting the original release, then the re-releases, I've put hundreds of hours into MGS2/MGS3. At first look this collection is obviously missing one major component, MGS1.
