Conclusion: It has awesome visuals, though at times the game can be difficult to manage for that same reason. The 3D effect may also be lost on you if you're like me and have trouble seeing it at times (I have damaged vision in one eye which is why it's hard for me to see it), but at least the game can be played without the 3D feature.
Excerpt: Sick of precision racers that put you in pursuit of the perfect line, or just want to reduce two-ton automotive monsters to smoking scrap metal? Mayhem 3D lets you channel your inner Mad Max to earn stars and points without the fear of real-life whiplash. Included red-and-blue glasses save you having to buy an expensive new TV, and they turn high-contrast visuals into an animated 3D comic book.
Pros: + Offbeat visual style; 3D effect is enjoyable in low doses; smashing opponents offline and over Live.
Cons: - Impacts lack punch; most tracks blend together., - Lame scripted movements turn too many crashes into patience-testers., ? Why is the announcer almost completely unintelligible?
