An Achievement In Design, A Disappointment For Accessibility

ablegamers.com
4 March 2010
  • Excerpt: The most critical issue at this time is subtitling. While players can turn on subtitling, the subtitling is only for dialogue and does not offer a switch or option to subtitle sound effects or ambient noises. More importantly, on a standard definition television, all of the game’s text is fundamentally illegible and unreadable including subtitled dialogue, the options on the dialogue wheel, codex entries and so on.

Mass Effect 2 : The Kasumi Mission

Console Monster
22 April 2010
  • Summary: The Kasumi content, weighing in at 800 MB and costing 560 MSP, is the first of the paid for DLC if you don't count the "alternate" uniform stuff, so Mass Effect 2 fans might rightly be expecting something great for this release.
  • Pros: You get a new outfit to wear, More planets to look at
  • Cons: Very very short, Not particularly interesting story, Questionably pricey for what's on offer
