Summary: ok game not as good as the others. Its not really realistic at all. I mean it has decent graphics. But the best NFL games ever made were the old ones. These new ones arent realistic at all. One game you can throw 20 picks, the next you can throw 20 but they all get dropped. I mean overall its ok but i reccomend getting the older versions if your looking to have fun.
Summary: If I were able to, I would give this game a Zero. Madden 13 is easily, by FAR, the worst game I have ever had the misfortune of purchasing. The only silver lining is that I only wasted $30 (instead of $60) because I split the cost with a friend. The game is literally unplayable in my opinion. I'll list some of the many shortcomings of this game- 1- NO FANTASY DRAFT.
Summary: After reading the negative reviews, I thought I could still get past it all and enjoy the game. Wrong. I do love fantasy draft and editing rosters, not to give 99 ratings but to make some players more realistic. I thought that improved gameplay and more realism would trump the details that are missing this year. The attributes that you can improve are weak, barely make a difference and wasteful too.
Summary: I buy Madden mostly for the Franchise mode to play with a few friends. We will do a fantasy draft and then do years of the franchise and it's the best part. When they aren't around, I'll do my own franchise or play on-line a little bit but most of the reason that I play Madden is for the Franchise mode options.
Summary: i am suspicios of the reviews above. i have madden 11 and madden 12. this madden 13 is terrible. go to EA sports web site. in the madden 13 forum you can see all the negative feedback from people who already bought the game.
Summary: I can't believe how much of a failure that this game is! I am severely disappointed in how it turned out. They could have done better. The features are limited and they've stripped any level of fun that this game used to have. The appeal is gone. I will not purchase another EA sports game again. They have gone too far!
Summary: I'm gonna start with some positives. The graphics are beautiful...that's pretty much it. Now to the negatives. To me, connected careers didn't really add anything worth while. I didn't like that the players ratings in connected careers(coach) were different than the ratings in the main roster in the game.
Summary: Bottom line, this game isn't very good. It couldn't be further from the the real NFL in terms of gameplay, player dynamics, and individuality. Its a joke and its time, its finally time for EA to stop making football games and give up their license so other makers (2K) can make a better more true to the game experience. This game hasn't improved since the 2005 season and the new improvements are down right garbage.
