Lost Planet – Extreme Condition

Digital Chumps
25 June 2008
  • Conclusion: Lost Planet Extreme Condition was a fine release for the 360 in early 2007, and eighteen months later with more content and a lowered price, it's still something all 360 gamers should consider if they haven't already. Those of us who played it back then may not see enough new content here to warrant another purchase, but hardcore fans and newcomers should give it a close look.

Lost Planet: Extreme Condition

Strategy Informer
12 December 2007
  • Conclusion: In short, there's little bad to speak of in this game, aside from a so-so story line and some brief texture flicker (at the edge of draw distance, if looked at through the sniper rifle scope), but we can only recall seeing it once. Unless you have a direct aversion to sci-fi or shooters, it's well worth picking up at the moment. The Xbox 360 does not have a huge catalogue of 'must haves', but it looks to be increasing, and this is one of them.

Lost Planet: Extreme Condition

Game Boyz
27 November 2007
  • Excerpt: Lost Planet: Extreme Condition (Lost Planet for short) is the first big release for the Xbox 360 in 2007. In the months leading up to the release of the game, much anticipation was generated as Lost Planet was previewed on all the major gaming websites, magazines and TV shows. Capcom must have spent a lot of dollars on marketing and it certainly showed with some of the initial sales figures. Does Lost Planet live up to the hype?
