Summary: This is a fun game to play through once but after you play through each of the 6 levels there really isn't any reason to continue to play. There are several unlockables but none of them are really worth putting in the hours upon hours of extra time to get. The storyline is kinda funny but one play through is more than enough. I would recommend borrowing this from a friend or renting it from GameFly. Not worth a full purchase.
Summary: I gotta admit I was interested in the game a little when I first heard about it. It sounded like one of those campy, ultra-gory, low-budget Japanese movies like The Machine Girl and Tokyo Gore police. I hoped at the very least it would entertain on the same level of those types of movies, and it does during some points, though the experience as a whole is very flawed and the game just falls flat a lot of the time. The combat is very clunky and really not that fun.
Summary: I was actually looking forward to this game. However, once I bought it and got home the "fun" lasted all of five minutes. I don't feel any flow during the combat and feel like all you have to do is hit Y and B a bunch of times. If I would have waited for it to go into the discount bin I don't think I would have been as disappointed because this is NOT a $60 game.
Summary: For a game about a cheerleader killing zombies it's not really funny. For a game about killing zombies with a chainsaw it's not really fun to play thanks to the controls. The zombies take too much effort to kill. That's not a whiney gamer perspective, that's just fact. You have to stun them to kill them, but it takes way too much effort to stun them.
Excerpt: "This game is over the top its fun at first but this game is way too short its also very repetitive. Besides the chainsaw you get upgrades like a chainsaw blaster and you can also rev up the chainsaw to mow down the zombies also there is a part in the game where you have to chop off the zombies heads and make it into a basket its known as zombie basketball also there is zombie baseball where you put ypur decapitated boyfriend on a headless zombie and ...
Pros: Soundtrack is Amazing Graphics are good over the top humorous
Summary: Suda 51 is one of those "visionary" guys that had made some interesting games. And perhaps, Lollipop Chainsaw missed the mark with me, or perhaps the it's a brilliant, exploitative bit of gaming that let's us switch off our brains for a little bit. Personally, I can't do that, I think this game is atricious. From the out-set I started thinking about re-playing Bayonetta, which is a much, much better game.
Summary: gameplay pourri, histoire bacle, un developpeur overated...ce jeu est un melange des mauvaises decisions et d'un charactere pas interessant, combine a une histoifre sans interet....peut etre les otaku vont aimer!
