Another success in the Lego video game universe

Summary: So far, so good. Have only played for a few hours, but all the Lego games are so well crafted. We have basically all of them and one of the best features is the ability for two players to play simultaneously in a cooperative mode. This make it possible for a friend to come over and play on the same console (and either player can drop out whenever they need to or pop back in again without really messing up game-play), which most video games won't allow.
Summary: When a friend from work told me he liked the lego game, I thought he was nuts. On a whim, and since I am also a LOTR fan, I thought I would give it a try. I am glad I did because I really loved this game. Visually, it is really impressive. I think the pictures they show on the web page do not do it justice. I would say the game play is like Skyrim plus Mario Brothers combined.
Good for hardcore LOTR fans but otherwise too many flaws

Summary: We love the lego games and I am a longtime fan of LOTR however this is not our favorite Lego game - mainly because the cut scenes are so numerous and totally break up the flow of the gameplay - seriously it's way over the top -- you'll be playing for about 5 minutes and then have to watch a 3 minute cut scene that you can't skip. Over and over again. In addition, a lot of the scenes have washed out colors - I know its Mordor and all but can we get some color in here?
Summary: Fun game, a little confusing at first but once you figure out the controls its a great game! The gameplay is extremely similar to the first version on the PC but has minor differences which make it even better!!!!
Summary: My son is 3 and a huge fan of the lego franchise, And I a big fan of Tolkien's LOTR and Hobbit series, All that being said this game is a great way for father and son to bond and spend time together doing something we can both enjoy . lord of the rings is a little more complicated for younger ages unlike the batman lego series . I would recommend batman lego 2 before moving on to lord of the rings if you are playing with a younger child .
Summary: This is prob the best lego game ( at least to me ) ever made to date ...But I'm a lotr fan so I'm kinda biased..Only thing that is kind of an issue is how the 2 player screen flips around, my kids get kind of confused ...
