Summary: It's so annoying to have to work through the story mode and have to deal with all of the signing in issues on this. My 3 year old can't get signed in, so I have to do it for her. Then she moves into the circle to become the active player.
Summary: Bought this in a Cyber Monday deal for my 4 yo daughter as a Christmas present. Unfortunately, the Kinect tracking was never able to find her hands. Thus we were never able to make it past all the menus in this game (which must be interacted with via holding your hand out in space).
Summary: If your child is a little on the short side, I encourage you to avoid this game. The Kinect will not read your child's movements even after recalibrating the Kinect device. Perhaps this is more a fault of the Kinect device itself but, nonetheless, this game is unplayable for shorter children.
Summary: Commercials made it look like fun but 3 & 6 yr old got bored with it after 15 minutes and we haven't touched it since we've opened it. Yes, the kids jump around and interact but it's not a very fact paced or exciting game. If you want it, buy it used for less than $10.
Summary: I bought this for my kids - 5 and 2.5 years cos it looked good in the TV ad. In reality there's way too much talk and not enough action to keep my boys interested. I know that the narrative is important to set the scene, but young kids just want to get on with it and play.
