Poor Mechanics Ultimately Tarnish
24 September 2014
Summary: “Kane And Lynch: Dead Men,” developed by IO Interactive and published by Eidos, is notorious for getting Jeff Gurstmann fired from Gamespot because of his “extremely damning” review of 6.5. It also cast a spotlight on Eidos’ corrupt advertising and business practices. All of that aside, however, this is a bloody, violent, loud, and profane game that is surprisingly entertaining, but sadly has poorly implemented mechanics that cast a black cloud over it.
Summary: Well to start this game was way to short way to easy I mean yeah it had a nice story to it but I give it 3 stars for the lack of game play I say rent this game or buy it while it has a nice price of like 6 bucks
Summary: The controls in this game have issues. The cover system seems random and works when it feels like it. I can't understand why this game didn't include a cover button instead. The aiming feels off as well and there are times when it appears that you hit someone but the shot doesn't register. This wouldn't be so bad but certain missions have you shooting at people speeding by in bulldozers & helicopters.
Summary: The aiming on this game doesn't work well. The cover system also doesn't work well. I bought this thinking I could play online co-op with a friend and that was not in the game. It's only LOCAL co-op. I would only recommend this game if it's on the cheap side like I got it for.
Summary: The seller provided this game very quickly. This game is a third person shooter that follows 2 nuts who go around shooting anyone and everyone. The graphics are ok, but the story is almost non existent.Even o n the easy setting this game is ridiculously difficult. There isn't 1 section of any level that I didn' t get killed on. This game is a waste of your time and money.
