Kameo: Elements of Power
Into Liquid Sky
11 December 2006
Excerpt: Kameo stars the young girl of the same name and puts her in an epic quest to release her family members and put a stop to her sister's evil ways. She has released an evil troll that had been banished before and threatens the very land Kameo lives on and thus Kameo is on her way to save the kingdom...
Pros: Great Graphics, EPIC soundtrack, Great Fantasy setting
Cons: Too short, Where's the story?, Controls get tiresome
Conclusion: If you missed playing Kameo the first time around, now is a great reason to pick it up for around the £25 mark. It’s fun and an adequate technical showcase for what the Xbox 360 is capable of, but the adventure itself is short of greatness.
Conclusion: Expectations are often too high with console launch titles, or people simply don't know what to expect. Kameo makes it simple. Rare said that the game was basically completed on past systems anyway, then touched up, and that's incredibly obvious.
