One of the few ways I willingly get aerobic exercise!
21 December 2014
Summary: I find that the Just Dance games are one of the only fun ways I will exercise. I'm not a physical person but I am skinny and the only way I will get aerobic activity is to do something I want to do. The dance games are that for me, I will either dance, jog, or spin on the elliptical at the gym.
Summary: for the music lover inside of you to come out and dance like nobody is watching. of course i feel silly, but at least no one can see me! this one has a decent array of songs from yesterday and today.
Summary: I love this game. Play it on the Wii with friends all the time. Problem at my house with the Kinect is no one sitting in the same room can move. If someone walks by, they are now the dancer, or the cat gets picked up by the Kinect.
Summary: The game is a lot of fun. I use to have a wii, then i bought the game for it, and it suck on the wii. so i sold my wii/wii games and bought the xbox and the kinect. The xbox is a lot better for it.
Summary: After its hugely successful predecessors game, the third installment of the JUST DANCE series has arrived - and this time it is also available for both the Xbox and the PS3 (you can thank UBISOFT being in financial trouble due to the overzealous DRM scheme they use in their PC releases).
Summary: I really love this game. I wish though, that there were more songs instead of asking you to pay for more if you want them. It should be like DDR was, whenever you accomplish something, it gets you closer to new songs, not new mash ups. It's more of a drive to play the game I think.
Excellent for older and/or mobility impaired adults

Summary: I have SLE with mobility issues (inflammatory arthritis) and chronic fatigue, which puts me in a catch 22 situation of needing to exercise to keep from losing ground with both my mobility and my stamina, while having to fight an uphill battle just to get to the point that I CAN exercise.
