Juiced 2: Hot Import Nights
6 June 2012
Excerpt: Introduction It has been a while since I’ve had the chance (and time) to write a review for our beloved Fragland, but about a week ago a big white envelope containing a bright green disk case was delivered to my appartement : the Juiced 2 – Hot Import Nights – review copy.
Conclusion: Burnout is a better arcade racer, but Juiced 2 has other qualities including Driver DNA. It is a gimmick, but it works and it adds that element necessary to make spending money on a game of the like you may already own reasonable.
Excerpt: Pimp my Powerslide A few years back, the original xbox was home to some top arcade racing games, the likes of PGR2, NFS: Underground 2 & Midnight Club3 all jockeying for position at the top of the pile. Unfortunately that was the time THQ decided to release the much-underrated Juiced.
Pros: great graphics, real feeling of speed when the NOS kicks in,Spooking your rivals and endless customisation
Cons: Drifting is essential(suck at it and this games becomes less fun),music can grate after a while, doesnt quite hit the hights it hints at.
