Good ideas, horrible execution of the fundamentals

StraightEdge , GameStop
12 January 2013
  • Summary: I had to convince my friend to buy this to play with me, and I feel guilty for that, because this game wasn't worth 40 bucks. The good- The story picks up after playing 10 boring chapters, hard boss battles, and it feels like Gears Of War. The bad- It doesn't play half as smoothly as Gears Of War does. The boss battles are extremely repetitive. And by that, I mean, the same bosses over and over again. The sound is horrible.

Tries to be like the Gears of War series

12 July 2012
  • Summary: The game isn't bad, but its not great either. The story is lackluster until the end it gets a little better, but I won't spoil anything though.
  • Pros: Near the end the story actually gets decent. The shooting mechanics are spot on Gears of War.
  • Cons: The story could be better and there should've been split screen co op rather than just online

Gravity defying experience

wolverine7 , GameStop
8 July 2012
  • Summary: The game- play is nothing new due to the fact that this game is very much a clone of other games. As a third person shooter it can be enjoyable to play on that aspect, but overall the story is lacking, the scenery lacks variety, the voice acting is too bland, the gravity controls are just ridiculous, and the game lacks any innovation of its own.
