Summary: I got passed the first level, and then the game started freezing during the cut scenes. I restarted multiple times, thinking it was a temporary glitch. It was NOT a temporary glitch. I went online to discover a possible fix, but found that this had occurred with many other individuals. Plus, I now know that it is not the fault of my Xbox 360, because I tested my Grand Theft Auto IV and newly purchased, Godfather, games and have had no problem whatsoever.
Summary: Update June 2013: Deeply disappointed at the lack of a non-linear open-world environment. But its the restrictive QTE gameplay and final-kill cut-scenes that kill the game for me. I loath enforced QTE. When a mission goes awry and you're trying to escape a hail of bullets, if you happen to brush past an assailant you can't escape QTE mode. Meanwhile you're being shot at from all sides.
Summary: I am/was a long time Hitman fan. I own and have played all of the Hitman games. I am extremely disappointed with Absolution. I don't see it as a true Hitman game, rather just another mainstream Stealth/Action game. I'd give it a 7/10 in that regard, but a 3/10 as far as being a Hitman game. What made the series great was the open maps, and the feeling those maps gave you.
Summary: Was very excited to recieve this item for a Christmas Present for a family member. Got gift wrap and everything, and when my family member opened it, it was not a xbox 360 game like labeled in the description as i chose. It was a PS3 game so not only was he super excited at first but he then realized he couldnt play it for roughly a week since it was shipped out wrong. He was pretty upset which is a huge dissapointment.
Not even close to as fun as other Hitman titles, and the game is broken to boot.

Summary: This game as of right now is entirely broken. I put about 8 hours in and then the game froze. Upon rebooting my console, my save was gone. I don't have a ton of time to play games, so I will not be restarting. Not to mention, the game simply isn't very fun. I LOVED Blood Money, and this game is a pale imitation. The disguise system is a joke and is nothing more than a gimmick for dressing 47 up in a new outfit.
Summary: I'm a HUGE Hitman fan of all of them up to BloodMoney which I've played for years and countless times. The brilliance of Hitman game was the uniqueness of it. You could go into a board and play it a thousand times and still not figure out all the different approaches. Also you had all these guns and things you could buy and add each board. So many things that made Hitman, Hitman for the first 3 are all gone in this one.
