Summary: I bought this for my 4 year old daughter who loves singing and dancing. She doesn't even really need the game in to get the enjoyment. We can simply put out the mat and put on some music and she will start signing and dancing all around.
Summary: I ordered for my kids and myself to get more exercise in on those rainy days and in a fun way. We love it, but wish for more or all of HSM's songs could be on there. But other than that we love it.
Summary: It was on sale for under $10. My seven year old daughter is a huge HS Musical fan, and I like games we can play together and get some exercise while playing (normally the Wii is our preferred platform for family gaming). For the price, this was perfect.
Summary: Picked this game up at walmart, full price too! :( should have looked at amazon first. Got it for my daughter and my wife likes the High School Musical movies. My daughter loves the quizzes in the game and loves to dance. I even tried it and it is a pretty fun game. We are only on Sophomore level and it can be tiring!
Summary: okay, it is an AWESOME game, AWESOME price, but i really wished they actually used troy and Gabriella's voices. the characters are very believable- they look like the actors/actresses. AND i also enjoy creating my own person, and changing their outfit to work with the song. however, you're not really dancing, just stepping to the rhythm. and, the mat tends to slip and slide, causing you to miss notes. i would recommend it, for any gender, any age.
Summary: An extra star for only costing $10 including dance pad! Simple, limited, fun. Great for kids. Daughers age 5 & 12 both enjoyed it. Repative sure. However, not annoyingly so (yet anyway). Even if one only plays it a short time, it's only $10 and can be resold.
Summary: I purchased this item for my daughter's 9th birthday. It was apparently easy to set up because she and my 11 year old son set it up themselves. She's had a good time making her character (and one for everyone in the family), but more importantly, she's had a great time playing the game. I've played it too and find it pretty fun.
Summary: Sure, its not the most original game.. or have very good graphics.. and the gameplay is very basic.. That said, that doesn't mean you won't lose the HSM fan in your household for 2 hours a day for the next month! Because sure enough, this is a fun game, and my 8 year old daughter can't get enough of it. I was actually fairly impressed with the dance pad...for the price of this game, I was expecting something cheaper.
Summary: Its really fun and has a good lineup of songs from all three movies. It is definitely worth your money; a game and a mat for *****. Awesome, but the graphics could be better, but overall a fun game for the fans. If you're not a fan, don't get the game, but fun game overall. Graphics are not that great for a 360 console, but sharpay looks just right, but who cares about that you're dancing anyway. The sound is good. You want it loud? Have it loud.
