Summary: I enjoyed playing through Gears 1 on all difficulty levels. It was a lot of fun trying to beat that last level on "Insane," going back again and again trying to figure out different ways to do it. This game has a lot of similar scenes which you will need to play through a few times to get the hang of, but there are a couple of them which will make you wish you'd never even started in the first place. One such level is in Act I in a scene called "Rolling Thunder.
Summary: Visually the game's amazing and has good variety of missions but something is missing! Comparing it to the original, it doesn't seem quite as exciting and the ending in my opinion was really lame! Hope the third installment is better!
Summary: Its Okay,The Beginning is Awesome until you go into The enemies underground world. I really did not enjoy that, yes their world is quite beautiful to say the least! Amazing Graphics! But Very hard to distinguish your enemies from their worlds background, everything is basically greyish in color In the Underworld, & The battles some seem so far away it feels lame.
Summary: There was a quick departure from the original Gears of Wars in G.O.W 2. Instead of intense action, the creators deviated into lengthy cut-scenes - some which are less than timely and in odd places - which seem to tell more of a story, than entertain. It becomes almost "30,000 Leagues Under the Sea meets Gone With the Wind" like in its story line as if attempting to humanize the character's such as the scene in which Dom finds his wife horribly mutilated by the Locust,...

It becomes almost "30,000 Leagues Under the Sea meets Gone With the Wind, meets Alien and a Spaghetti Western" all rolled into one.
Summary: The first gears was excellent, but all the problems with the first one still exist in the second. The biggest thing I was hoping they'd fix is the clunkiness of the aiming. Exactly the same. Which was a huge disappointment for me considering that I hate losing a gun fight because I tried shooting someone in the head and I can only pick between shooting over their left or right shoulder. Especially sucks when they aren't having the same problem.
Summary: I own Gears 2, but not any of the DLC packs. When I found out about this edition I decided to trade in my copy of Gears 2 and purchase the Game of the Year Edition. This way I could play and get achievements for all the content I haven't downloaded. Well, I'm glad I looked it up online and found out that it comes with everything I already have, just with a code to download all the crap I don't. This is lazy on Epic part. Can't they just put it all on the disc?
Summary: I want to start this off by saying all the positive things these people are saying about the Zune are true. This GoW Zune looks amazing. The screen is crisp and pleasing to the eye. The sound quality is very good, theres a couple of cute games on there if you like poker or puzzle games. I have the Zune pass so i download unlimited music every month for 15 bucks.
