Summary: This product was a broken product that I paid too much for. The device did not charge and had to get it repaired that cost me an extra $60. I would have enjoyed this product if it had actually worked and turned on, but even after charging it over night, the device did not turn on.
Summary: I know i bought this Zune 120 Gb used, but the fact that i've only had it two week's and it's already CRASHED with that # 5 and saying Contact Support in 3 different languages. What is that about?
Summary: In Sept of 2011 I bought a new 120 GB Zune Gears of War 2 Special edit. Within less than 2 months this device stopped working. It displayed a message that said "contact customer service." Well good luck trying to get customer service from Microsoft!!
Summary: I ordered this unit because I wanted to try a Zune. It arrived, and I could not get it to charge. The vendor suggested I file a repair request with Microsoft because it was purchased new and has a manufacturer warranty.
Summary: I had one of these devices, and it broke well within warranty. After dealing with very difficult support, I was shipped a replacement, which also died of a hard-drive error well within warranty. This time, it is a whole new ball game.
Do not buy this Zune. My Hard drive failed on the 120 GB Zune.

Summary: My 120gb Gears of War 2 Zune worked great for only 1 1/2 years. I took extreme care of my Zune not a single scratch. Then all of a sudden "ERROR 5 Contact support" displayed on my screen. After careful research I found this is a common problem with Microsoft's 120gb Zune.
