Fuzion Frenzy 2

Xbox 360 achievements
13 April 2008
  • Conclusion: Fuzion Frenzy 2 is a bad attempt at improving its predecessor. Basically every aspect of this game is sub-par at best and without solid achievements to warrant any long play times, it’s only slightly worthy of a rental. You’ll have some fun for a little while, but once the announcer begins to get on your nerves, any hopes for an enjoyable experience go up in flames.

Fuzion Frenzy 2 Review

IGN Entertainment
9 February 2008
  • Conclusion: There’s a pretty slick futuristic look to the entire presentation of Fuzion Frenzy 2 that at least makes it seem worthy of the Xbox 360’s power. Colors are crisp and vibrant, resolution stout enough for a party game, and character models competent without being overly cartoon-y. The audio, on the other hand, is overly cartoon-like to the point that it’s annoying.

Fuzion Frenzy 2 Review

5 November 2007
  • Excerpt: Do you remember Fuzion Frenzy? No? It's no surprise, given that it launched early in the Xbox's life and didn't really appeal to the same audience that was lapping up the likes of Halo, but the mini-game collection was said to be Bill Gates' favourite Xbox title. In truth, other than a small handful of decent games, Fuzion Frenzy did little to promote the Xbox as a family friendly console.

Fusion Frenzy 2 (Xbox 360) Review

29 October 2007
  • Summary: If you feel the need to buy this game, stop and hit yourself. Rent it first, at all costs. If you enjoy party games, stick with Mario Party. This one sinks and sinks fast.

Multiplayer Mini game mayhem gets old fast.

Common Sense Media
26 October 2007
  • Summary: Parents need to know that these short games are designed for multiple players on one system or online. They involve lots of cartoon violence. Players hit each other with fists, hammers, grenades, and other weapons, although many games are not explicitly violent and none have any gore. Common Sense doesn't recommend online play for anyone under 12.

Saving Progress
31 August 2007
  • Conclusion: That, again, was my attempt at being nice about it. The whole truth is that if you buy this game after you’ve read this warning, we can’t be friends. I will write you out of my will. I’m Jesus and you’re Judas. Even if you find it for 9.99 in a bargain bin somewhere, you’re not getting your money’s worth.

Gamers can also use tournament cards that are either won or given out to defeat their opponents in rank, select the next mini-game to played, or choose their next destination planet. “Fuzion Frenzy 2” offers a variety of forty mini games that a wide audience can play.

Expert Review

Eternal Gaming Network
6 July 2007
  • Excerpt: Back from the original game are the characters we have all grown to love Samson, Naomi, Geena, Dub, Jet, and the very annoying Zack. Also in this game is a slew of brand new mini games, as well as some favorites from the original including, Sumo and Twisted System, sadly some of my favorites did not make it to the sequel. That is not to say the new games are not as fun, because they are.
  • Pros: Fun mini games, Great Party Game
  • Cons: Slow moving, Poor presentation
