Summary: Well, it was alright. Loads of fun, the first time through. As other reviewers have said though, the controls are bunk. I've had it for 3+ weeks now; i beat it on the first weekend i had it, and have never even picked it off my shelf since. The drones sure were cool, but i really didn't like the game in general.
Summary: ...... If you are a kid that wants a call of duty type game, Dont buy this! the Controlls are alll messed up! For Ex. to Sprint you have to hold the Right Bumper. It confused me alot. so buy it if your'e looking for a shooting game.
Summary: The game had some potential but was defeated by poor graphics, silly gameplay, difficult vehicle controls and an enemy that can make headshots while running at a mile away. Spend your money on better discount games.
Summary: Fun: Amazon Verified Purchase ( What's this? ) Don't waste your money on this game. You might think hmmm $7 bucks what the heck, but it's still not worth it. No one plays the multiplayer especially ranked so kiss 300+ points of achievemants goodbye. All AI look exactly the same, vehicle control is garbage, and it's only 7 short, frustrating levels.
Summary: Frontlines: Fuel of War isn't anything special as far as 1st person shooters go. I wouldn't put this game anywhere near the Call of Duty series, the Battlefield series, or even the Medal of Honor series. Therefore, if you own Modern Warfare 2 or Battlefield: Bad Company I suggest you stick to them for 1st person war shooters that have great single and multiplayer. PROS: -The weapons are nothing out of the ordinary.
Summary: When I played the demo for this game, i thought it looked awesome. The graphics where good, i like the idea of the drones, and i thought the story looked pretty complex. But once i bought the game and started playing it, i quickly became bored. Every mission all you do is capture enemy positions and blow up artillery pieces and you don't have any variety of weapons and vehicles.
Summary: This game appears to pretty much be focused on the multiplayer with xbox live. Don't get me wrong, the single player is fun, story line is so so, but again the multiplayer is its "bread and butter." That being said, one would think that it would be near perfection in the multiplayer mode. It's not. ' 1. City of Lag It can be difficult to find a room without lag, even with their dedicated servers specifically for this Frontlines.
Conclusion: I bought this with high hopes but none fulfilled in the end... The story line seems exciting at first but then... The aim is dodgy The game play just doesn't seem 'involving' to be honest, not like your in the heat of the moment or under pressure The vehicles dont steer well & most other controls are over reactive or a bit cumbersome. The game is really short, The graphics are not that amazing or anything & the ai is a bit predictable at times.
Summary: I found this game to be no fun to play at all. There is no reaction when you shoot a player. The graphics are bad. The level designs seem to be all the same. Ultimately if this was out on the original xbox i would have given it a three or four star but compared to other shooters available now it doesnt cut the mustard.
