Summary: I got this for my 3 year old granddaughter. She thinks she is playing the game and it gets her moving around but she really isn't doing anything. My 6 year old grandson likes it but get board quick with it.
Summary: We got this game for my son last Christmas, just bf he turned 4. The beginning of the game has an excessively long intro and instruction portion that you cannot skip. My son was very bored and did not want to play. I had to sign in as him and play through this section after he went to bed. Once we got into the free play, he enjoyed it. At first I had to guide him through but soon he remembered or figured out what to do and he can play on his own.
Summary: I am writing this review from two points of view. My 6yr old daughter just loves this game. She handles the kinect thing pretty well and this game fills her love for having pets of all kinds. There are a few times she might get frustrated but overall she loves playing it and most little ones probably will. I have not played it but watching her play it I have some issues with it. The game is a little flaky when it comes to controlling it.
Summary: For those of you with little kids this is too help you pick between kinectamals and fantastic pets. Well kinectamals should realy be called kinectacats seeing as how all of the pets are from the cat family so fantastic pets i'd say is your best choice with much more customazation hope this helps
