Summary: At first i thought i could buy this for Hal's Armour but it is not included even though the picture is shown on Amazon. So if you are looking for the armour well it is to late for that and it isnt or wasnt included in my limited edition. So if you want it you be better off getting it through pc. So dont waste your cash if your just wanting Hal's armour.
Summary: I purchased a copy of fable 2 thinking that it would be "brand new and sealed" with all of the available dlc content as adverstised. Instead I received a used xbox game case that the seller resealed with the brand new fable 2 game and bonus dvd. My main concern was missing the missing xbox live trial and other bonus contents that was supposed to come with the game.
Summary: So I was a huge promoter of the original Fable, an excellent game despite it's minor flaws and inability to live up to the astronomical hype created by Peter Molyneux's rampant hyperbole. I followed Fable 2 throughout it's development and was extremely excited for the release of what looked like an excellent follow up to one of my favorite games. When Fable 2 was released, I was initially very impressed.
Conclusion: this game sucked. its tooo short. theres only minor stupid things that make people like this game. The price of this game is not worth the 2 hours it takes to beat this game. This game sucks. This game sucks. This game sucks. This game sucks. This game sucks. This game sucks. This game sucks. This game sucks. This game sucks. This game sucks. This game sucks. Summary: I never thought i would say this but is freezes and glitches more than Vegas 2. It was an okay game until it started to not work over at my friend's house, than mine, than my other friend's house, than everyone i know that got it. You might as well rent it because the game lasts about a week or 2 anyway. Don't believe me than buy it and see for yourself. Plus the game was a disappointment anyway, it was small, the main story was short and somewhat repetitive.
Summary: If you are looking to get into the business of Beta Testing or Quality Control, then look no further than getting this game. The goal of Fable II is obviously to see how many bugs, glitches and piss poor coding you can spot, and believe me, there are many. It is unfortunate that a game that promises so much, and has an incredible art style, is technically flawed beyond belief.
Summary: I was having great fun with this game, until it glitched and saved itself. Now I can not interact in the town that I need to progress the story in, it says, "I need to finish the scene." A game with one save slot and an autosave is risky. Especially when it doesn't have the glitches ironed out. If you want to learn more about the "stuck in scene" glitch go to lionhead or just search it. It has happened to numerous people in different parts of the game.
Conclusion: I got the GOTY edition and sank a few hours into the game. Then while loading my save game, my XBOX locked. Started a new game twice, same thing happened again and again. Installed the game on the hard drive, which allowed for me to load my latest save, but with the minuscule detail that everything was messed up, NPCs not interacting, quests not working, the map altered etc. Just wasted time and money.
Conclusion: That much is entirely certain, I've heard it described as both good and bad from several different varieties of gamer. However my own personal experience with it. It's not a terrific game for what it's supposed to be. Don't enter the game thinking that exploration is key and freedom is your only companion.
Summary: Folks, this is not about the game but how much Amazon fools their customers. The game was ordered during boxing week when it was on sale. A week later folks here apparently can't obtain the item, yet it seems to be available for almost full price ? Judge yourself and happy shopping ... Happy New Year.
