Summary: If a company expects customers to return and be loyal... they need to speak to them personally when there is a problem instead of letting an automated "max-headroom" handle the situation... poor poor customer service and terrible shipping !!! Been waiting almost 20 days for the game to arrive... very disappointed and will NEVER order from Newegg again!!
Pros: The game is fine i'm sure since i am only replacing the old one i had.. however newegg has TERRIBLE customer service... no one will answer calls .... completely automated system as to avoid speaking to customers and wayy to many emails confirming orders... gets way to confusing... Personally, i used to be a newegg customer and ordered from the periodically but NEVER AGAIN!!!!! BUYER BEWARE!!!!
Cons: shipping,,, customer service,,, no available phone operators to speak with in person... need i go on???!!!
Summary: I hated this game but before you start a character assassination on my person because it isnt the same as your review of the game stop and remember this is my own personal opinion of what i wanted from the game. This game is to much hassle and the controls (using a standard xbox pad) toooo sensitive.
