Summary: Think this is the sort of game that you can't be too serious about. Eat lead?? What a name for a game. But hey, the gameplay is fun & graphics are alright. Though I must say its a bit odd to see soldiers & cowboys battling against one another.
Summary: It's a bit strange game but it's a lot of fun playing it! Graphics could be not so great but if you play it you won't mind about that. Nice storyline, strange enemies, nice dialogs and gags. Worth to play and good price.
Summary: Eat Lead is great in concept, but terrible execution. The story was decent but not as good as I had hoped. The jokes are all right, but never really giving me more than a chuckle. The game play isn't all that good. While not so bad that the game is unplayable, but to the point where it gets kind of frustrating.
Summary: Eat Lead doesn't take itself seriously. Within a few minutes of starting the game, Eat Lead makes it clear that it is a parody, poking fun at all the gaming cliches we've come to hate (or love depending upon your disposition). Unfortunately however, the game completely falls flat on its face, not because it is not funny (it is), but simply because of poor execution.
Summary: A lot of people complain that this was a blatant copy of Gears of War... What they fail to realize is that Gears of War was a copy of Killswitch. At least this game pokes fun at everything, doesn't have overly long and self indulgent cutscenes, and manages to bring around a fairly unique story. The same cannot be said for other action games as of late. If you're looking for a challenge, play the game on the medium or hard difficulty.
Excerpt: "Eat Lead puts you at the helm of fictional Computer Game character, Matt Hazzard, as he attempts to relaunch his gaming career with a new game after decades left languishing in virtual limbo. But a recently appointed Top Executive at the Game Developers, Marathon Megasoft, has other ideas and intends this latest game installment to be Matts last and, to this end, starts pitting him up against all his old enemies spanning several generations of game ...
Pros: Easy Achievments !
Cons: Too many to mention including dull storyline and naff humour !
