Summary: I thought this game was amazing. It does not take it self seriously and it has some weird acting in it, but it is just so enjoyable to play with 4 people and go crazy killing bugs and trying not to kill your partner. Good times.
Summary: I said it. Meant it. Put aside concerns about graphics or depth of gameplay, because this sleeper hit is an absolute blast. It's simple: Two guys, a crew of wise-cracking AI soldiers, constant weapon upgrades made charming by how random they are (you pick up generic upgrade packs then find out what they gave you when the mission is over), and wave after wave of insects, with a few giant monsters thrown in.
Summary: EDF2017 is one of the funnest co-op games I've ever played. When I first saw it I thought it looked totally lame, but it's not. If you like playing co-op games on the same tv then try this one. My friend and I still play this from time to time even though we've beaten it tons of times. It's what I like to call dumb fun were minutes go bye in hours.
Summary: Now I could Tell you a sleep-enducing story about how this game changed my life, and inspired the cure for cancer, or I could just tell you about the majesty that ensues the playing of this game. To mow through an endless legion of bugs with a rapid fire rocket launcher powerful enough to reduce a thirty story building to rubble with a single rocket, or take down a towering walking fortress while piloting a mech equipped with a flame-thrower, a rocket launcher, and a...
Summary: Being an old time video gamer I love the old games that you could just pick up and start blowing stuff up. No thought, no maps and no intricate story line just flat out having fun. Unfortunately today there are hardly any games like this anymore and it's also hard to find co-op (two player games as we used to call them)games anymore. Why aren't there more of these games around? Do we all want to sit alone and play or hook up on the internet and play?
Summary: We had to replace the game disc we had after a few years, so we bought this used one from Amazon. It could have passed for brand new if it had a heat-shrink wrapper. The case, case art, manual and disc were perfect. Very happy with seller. Silly, addictive shooter with lots of aliens (bugs and robots), great weapon upgrades, lots and lots to kill, many levels with varying difficulties, weapon selection can be critical at times, satisfying explosions and environment...
Summary: This game doesn't kid itself. There is no real story, the dialogue is poorly dubbed Japanese. All this game is, is killing waves upon waves of giant bug aliens with cool weapons. It's some of the most fun I've had in a video game. Cheap too.
Shoot Some Bugs, Robots, UFOs, and Invite a Friend

Summary: EDF2017 is fun. Lots of shooting at giant bugs, giant robots, giant UFOs. And you can play split-screen with a friend. I am not a hardcore gamer: so games that have complicated button combos drive me nuts (so do games where you die over and over again and have no idea which direction to walk) EDF 2017 is none of those things. Red on radar: go that way. No mazes: if a building is in the way, blow it up.
