Summary: This game is hot garbage. I liked Dynasty Warriors years ago when it first came out, but this is just more of the exact same, but worse. It actually took a step back between the Xbox and Xbox 360. Poor graphics for the era, horrible voiceovers, weak game play, and you can't even feel it when you kill someone. And then there is the impossible Lu Bu. He's always been hard in DW, but he's just absurd in this.
Summary: The fighting is nothing new in this game, but certainly nothing has been taken away. The arsenal of moves is much bigger than before, with ability to do many moves on horseback, cool attacks from each characters, wildly varying chains, and even jumping attacks. Really makes the game more fun. You can play like my girlfriend, sitting on horse-back shooting arrows, or like me, wildly charging into the fray praying my musuo charges before I die.
Summary: i bought this product because I'm a huge fan of DYNASTY WARRIORS and I played the first one ever since. I just love the improvements they made on the game and the amazing graphics. This is the best Dynasty Warriors game, I would recommend this game.
Summary: Dynasty Warriors 6 is just like the rest of it's franchise. It's the run and mash button game where you take control of a warrior from the classic tale of 'The Romance of the Three Kingdoms" and fight epic battles. Except Dynasty Warriors redefines itself as a DW game. DW 2, 3, 4 and 5 all shared similarities and basically were the same games over and over. They had little features from one to the next. Until I played 6 I wasn't ever impressed with the follow up games.
Summary: dynasty warriors hasnt changed much in its 6 installments but beating thousands and thousands of people is just really fun, but sooner or later it doesnt get tedious and lackluster and another thing is a lot of the officers have repeated attack patterns. The graphics finally seem close to current generations graphics and the game handles 100's of enemies without so much of a hiccup in frame rate.
Summary: Well, this game was good but they, did some things that took away from it.. The games graphics have been improved so that was plus. But the story mode was dull. Half the warriors dident have a Musou mode. That really took away from the game. It was dumb that we had to level the other warriors in free mode. The other thing was the renbu system, may not of been as bad if it dident go down as you were trying to move around battlefield.
Summary: This edition of the dynasty warriors is much like the others. The ability to climb ladders & swim is a nice touch. The negative is the far clipping. Enemy characters fade & disapear way to close to you. It's hard to tell haw many there are & where they are coming from. The game it's self is as fun as all the others. Worth the buy if you get it for a good price. DW7 is supposed to be a step better than this one.
