Summary: This isn't the best Db game out there, but it's definitely a step up from the raging blast series. The hero mode, where you follow the story of a character you make, is fantastic. This game is also a big game of chance where almost every combo is decided but pressing the opposite button of your opponent which can get really boring and annoying after a while. Also the button mashing is ridiculously hard, and challenging.
Summary: This game for me was dissapointing, I had fun with it for awhile, but the fighting became repetitive and Hero mode began to feel like a chore. Speaking of hero mode, in this game you can create your on character, which is pretty cool, but I wish that you could create more than just a Saiyan. The gameplay is mostly quicktime events which I think makes the acual gameplay boring. Don't get me wrong, I had my fun with the game, it just got boring pretty quickly.
Summary: This game is a great fighting game, although Budokai 3 beats this game in EVERY aspect.. This game is more chance on who wins.. It's almost like button mashing to see who gets more lucky. I would still reccomend it to any Dragon Ball fan and/or fighting game fan.
Summary: Most Dragon Ball Z fans are generally going to flock to any hint of a good Dragon Ball Z game sadly this is hard to find. I do admit this is probably the best Dragon Ball Z game I've seen so far. The graphics for the characters and maps are beautiful and cell shaded were as the special moves such as the widely known kame-hame-ha aren't that amazing just flashy and colorful.
