Summary: I had such high hopes for this game. What with the high user ratings and other high ratings and scores and awards this game has received. However, this game will probably go back the next day as it is absolutely terrible. the graphics are PS One at best! But, I have to remember that Bioware put this game out, and they have not been known for their great animation or graphics, just storylines. Really people? You all really think this game deserves a 10?
Summary: There is just too much dialogue in this game and it seems to copy the storyline of LOTR and Braveheart. The gameplay isn't very interesting and the different starting character points didn't change the value of the game play at all. I would wait for this game to be under 30$ before you consider it.
Summary: I was pretty skeptical about this game when I bought it. It seemed stupid but since it wad from bioware I thought it deserved a chance. Let me just say, its no baldurs gate. The game play is very similar but probably the best part of baldurs gate was that it was co-op. Its so much more exciting to be able to pay with a friend. I felt that the lack of co-op really took away from the game. Other than that, the story was kind of typical (but not necessarily horrible).
Summary: Dragon Age: Origins…it really disappoints me. The reason for this is that the RPG did not live to the expectations that have been circling around in the media. Unfortunately the endless conversations of the characters and the bad graphics was really the things that sink the ship for me in this game. Hopefully they will learn from these 2 small mistakes and come up with a better and stronger sequel of the game as the story and gameplay are really good.
Summary: Very poor game play, combat and to much cinematics. If you played Oblivion you won't like this game. No crouching, jumping, climbing, walking on, or into any water, no combat skills involved, no swimming. very dissapointed.
Summary: i dont even know where to start with this game. As soon as i started to play i didnt like it. i tried to give it a little playing time and still not interested. first off its not free roam, which i feel an RPG should have full free roam game play. secondly there is way too much talking/stupid pointless quests compared to action. You cannot advance until you finish a quest.
Summary: this game is filled with great ideas, the choice of species and character creation at the beginning of the game is really good and it seems like the storyline would be incredibly gripping, the problem is; i only got to a very early point in the game before i finally gave up, it probably would have just been better if this game was made as a movie so i could watch it all the way through without the one setback; the most important thing needed in a game; gameplay...
Summary: After watching the advertising campaign for this game, I believed the hype sooooo much. I bugged relatives to get it for me as a birthday present and I was so chuffed when I opened that wrapping paper. I then turned on my console, my mouth going dry with anticipation as I pressed the close draw button and fired that baby up. The opening to the game was so incredible, at the gates of the kingdom of Ferelden an army of Darkspawn masses.
