So-So

  • Summary: Graphics not so hot. I was running this on a newer computer with plenty of RAM and a dual core processor and the game was not so good. Maybe this was made for older slow 32 bit systems. I can only give it 2 stars based on the fact that it does work, other than that I (based on MY experience) I would not recommend it.

  • Summary: Got this game because it was 3 in 1 and the great reviews. I however did not care for them that much.

  • Summary: As far as the game is concerned, it is a good game. I am however disappointed in the fact that the case for the game was broken when I received it.

Misleading

Banny, Amazon

  • Summary: Bought this game mostly because of Co-op mode. Sadly, the company is misleading their customers by labelling the back of the box as "Co-op" which is only available on the lame original DOOM 1 or 2 included with this game. To make matters worse, when I tried to return/exchange the game at the original point of sale, it was against store policy (understandibly so) to return open games. Tried to contact Bethesda and still no response.

From dread filled horror to manic blastfest

  • Summary: I absolutely love Doom 3 & Doom 3 Resurrection Of Evil, Doom BFG is another story. In the original games the atmosphere is amazing and greatly enhanced by the fear of what might be lurking around every corner. Sometimes there was nothing, other times there were various nasties lying in wait. Not the case with Doom 3 BFG, around more or less every corner are several enemies including those that annoyingly keep spawning behind you.
