Summary: I had the plain old Doom 3 for the old Xbox but I had to get this edition for all of the extras. It was sure fun to play the original Doom and Doom 2 again after all these years. Lost Missions was kind of fun but very short and Resurrection of Evil was entertaining and provided about 4-5 hours of...
Summary: I remember playing the very first dos doom on pc. lots of great childhood memories there. played this title on my wifes' pc while ago and absolutely loved it. they of course remastered it, but only the controls, not the gameplay, least nothing that I am disappointed on.
Summary: A great port of doom with included doom 1 and 2 as well to play I your 360. With the new doom announced this was the right time to play these again and refresh my memory. It's also nice to be able to use the flashlight with any weapon any time you want in this game.
Summary: Doom 3 was one of the best games I'd played when it came out, good story well told with the audio journals (common trick now, not so common then), lots of horror mood setting, and fun gameplay. There's plenty written about it already so I'll leave it at that.
Summary: Solid old school shooters are refreshingly fun compared to the twitchy shooters of today. This is a great package. Doom 3 with the expansions, and the original Doom 1 and 2. There's a lot of game to stay busy for a while. The corridor, horror setting still makes this game feel unique.
Summary: I ordered it, it came on time, disc itself was in good condition, runs perfectly. Game itself is a great overhaul for the older engine, everything looks crisp and brighter, though the dark areas are still nice and dark, so it can still be a nerve-wracking game. All in all great.
Summary: To start i want to say that as a child i was a gamer. like HARDCORE. Doom had brought me hours upon hours of fun and it was all i talked about. Now to own them all on one disc is amazing. I played doom and doom two for years until doom 3 hit PC.
Summary: I bought this specifically for the 3D effect. Unfortunately, there was a lot of "ghosting". Out of all of my 3D video and game content, Doom 3 suffers from the worst "ghosting". It is virtually unusable. Researching online, suggests that it may not be as bad if using a "passive" 3D setup.
