Summary: It doesn't really hold the kid's interest, they have played it a couple times, but they argue a lot over power-ups and stuff. For one child it might be better, but for two siblings not that great, you can't even sign out one person without going out of the level like you can with the lego games! (drop-in, drop-out) I suggest minecraft for siblings.
Summary: Not a bad game, just seems a bit hectic all the time, can be hard to figure out who is where and doing what. That being said, its very forgiving in not penalizing for dying, and i generally enjoy it when playing with my 8 year old daughter.
Summary: I got this game since my 10 year old loves the various Disney movies, and we've been big fans of Little Big Planet, which this seems to be a real rip-off of. The graphics are decent, and they really do seem like LBP characters in many respects. The gameplay itself is simple enough for little kids to play, but it does get repetitive after a while. That's offset by the variety of actions you can do while running around.
Summary: I bought this game after my 6 yr old grandson and I played the demo. It seemed like a fun game he and I could play together. However, he lost interest fairly quickly and even at 7 doesn't seem to care much for it. It may be a little too complicated or the subject matter just doesn't click with him. Maybe he'll like it next year, but I'm not sure I'll have the 360 then. Hopefully the next xbox will be backwards compatible.
Summary: It's intended for children, or parents that want a little fun time with their kids. The game gets repetitive fast, but children don't seem to have an issue with it, and its short. It features costumes for your avatar from many Disney movies, each costume with its own level progression and bludgeoning tool. All in all its a game for simple fun for the family.
Summary: I bought this based on some gameplay videos I found on Youtube. Though while playing, I found that is is very similar to the LEGO games, but it would have been desirable to have a bit more levels. This compared to playing the existing levels more than 2 times to achieve all the collectables, etc. Yes, you can buy it, though wait for a good offer!
Summary: If you loved the LEGO games, you'll enjoy this. The controls are similiar too. However, the game is a bit naughty when it comes to multiplayer achievements and only awards them to player one. This is annoying for co-op lovers, especially as there are several multiplayer related achievements.
