Summary: The first time I played Def Jam Vendetta I thought it was one of the funnest fighting games ever. Then Fight for New York came out and completely took the cake with the story line, fighting and fighter accessories. In my opinion during that era no other fighting game matched up or had the lasting appeal like Fight 4 NY. So I highly anticipated Def Jam ICON and got the chance to play at a friends house and never wanted to play it again.
Summary: Don't get this game, it's stupid, who would pay money for a game to see a bunch of rappers fight, I don't, I rather play Super Smash Bros Brawl that this waste of money, so I recommend to u all to NOT get this game,

Def Jam - Icon (Xbox 360): icon is a high selling practical joke
7 September 2009
Summary: Introduction Def jam have had two other games. They were fun but rather cartoonish with unrealistic battles and stupid special moves. So when icon came out I picked it up on play station 3. Plot The plot is very sketchy at the start but from what I can make out timberland hires you as a body guard and you and him then set about making a music record.
Cons: stupid "control the music" element. sluggish controls
Conclusion: The most disappointing gaming experience of my life, its predecessor was brutal, fun and original. This was difficult to control repetitive and stupid. Took it back after half an hour. I could have had more fun playing with a toaster.
