I don't know if it helps me relax but it's fun

Amazon Customer, Amazon
15 August 2013
  • Summary: I was told to look into meditation or relaxation techniques but sitting in one place for hours, without doing or accomplishing anything is not my cup of tea. So I got this "game" as the next best thing. I must say, I've learned a LOT about chakras and it helps with balance tremendously.

  • Summary: Nice change from the shooting games. Must stay focused on whatever the task is and maintain the correct body alignment. That was part of the fun.

A very soothing experience

Christine, Amazon
21 May 2013
  • Summary: I have not gone through all of the game as yet but I just love the meditation sequences. The breathing exercises has helped me to relax numerous times since purchasing the game. I find that even though this is not the intense gaming that my son and his friends engage in, it can still make me feel...

  • Summary: If you enjoy Tai Chi or Chi Gong you will probably enjoy this game. I think it's a great introduction for children to meditation in motion.

Overall A Very Creative And Enjoyable Title!

Frank Andrews, Amazon
21 January 2013
  • Summary: Pros: -It actually works for meditation. Cons: -More the fault of the Kinect I think, but it can be challenging to stay properly lined up with the camera and fully relax into the meditation techniques. -It would be great if players weren't required to progress through each mode for the first time.

great features but a bit glitchy so far

sharyn, Amazon
10 January 2013
  • Summary: Used Leela a couple of sessions, and for content it's a 4 or 5. Graphics are strong, the meditation and play areas are both well-done. I bought this at the same time as a star wars and zumba title, this is the only 'game' that has glitched out on me twice now.

Chilipepper, Amazon
4 January 2013
  • Summary: The games were a little frustrating and I didn't really see a point it them. So I gave up and moved on to the meditation section. That was great. Beautiful graphics, calming instructions, very nice.

pretty good

Mother of three, Amazon
2 January 2013
  • Summary: I like the meditation portion of this game. It's pretty and soothing. I would've given it 5 stars if I could've skipped around to different levels, but it won't let you do that without unlocking the current level.

Mastermind Of Body

Michael Kerner "Michael Kerner", Amazon
16 August 2012
  • Summary: With all the things that Microsoft has been able to prove with the Kinnect for the Xbox 360, the one thing that they have honestly needed to make is really great games. There have been so many that have delivered nicely for the Kinnect, but there have been others that there have been a lack of.
