Summary: I was told to look into meditation or relaxation techniques but sitting in one place for hours, without doing or accomplishing anything is not my cup of tea. So I got this "game" as the next best thing. I must say, I've learned a LOT about chakras and it helps with balance tremendously.
Summary: I have not gone through all of the game as yet but I just love the meditation sequences. The breathing exercises has helped me to relax numerous times since purchasing the game. I find that even though this is not the intense gaming that my son and his friends engage in, it can still make me feel...
Summary: The REFLECT contains STILLNESS & an ORACLE that opens once you reach the third level in all REFLECT offerings. This area doesn't have games. It is made up of breathing exercises & guided and unguided meditations.
Summary: Pros: -It actually works for meditation. Cons: -More the fault of the Kinect I think, but it can be challenging to stay properly lined up with the camera and fully relax into the meditation techniques. -It would be great if players weren't required to progress through each mode for the first time.
Summary: Used Leela a couple of sessions, and for content it's a 4 or 5. Graphics are strong, the meditation and play areas are both well-done. I bought this at the same time as a star wars and zumba title, this is the only 'game' that has glitched out on me twice now.
Summary: The games were a little frustrating and I didn't really see a point it them. So I gave up and moved on to the meditation section. That was great. Beautiful graphics, calming instructions, very nice.
Summary: I like the meditation portion of this game. It's pretty and soothing. I would've given it 5 stars if I could've skipped around to different levels, but it won't let you do that without unlocking the current level.
