Mixed feelings after connecting with both play and meditation elements
Laurie S., Amazon
2 February 2016
Summary: I bought this right after buying a used Xbox 360 and Kinect. I figured this would be relaxing and attractive. It's both, but it's a little more relaxing than I expected. The relaxation/meditation portion felt like everything had been dialed down super-slow; it took too long and didn't interest me.
Summary: what a great game. very enjoyable to play. I wish some games were longer, but that may not be the intent. works well with the Kinect at my house. Game actually reflects your breathing pattern for meditation.
Summary: The REFLECT contains STILLNESS & an ORACLE that opens once you reach the third level in all REFLECT offerings. This area doesn't have games. It is made up of breathing exercises & guided and unguided meditations.
Summary: Pros: -It actually works for meditation. Cons: -More the fault of the Kinect I think, but it can be challenging to stay properly lined up with the camera and fully relax into the meditation techniques. -It would be great if players weren't required to progress through each mode for the first time.
