Summary: Pretty crappy game. The story isn't actually all that good. Terrible pacing, non-nonsensical plot, absurdly predictable about halfway into the game and a complete rip-off of Twin Peaks. The characters at least try to emulate David Lynch's mysterious/weird atmosphere, but fall short into the valley of the just plain dumb and annoying. None of the characters really have anything useful to Pretty crappy game. The story isn't actually all that good.
Summary: Ok, the game is good but its presentation is soooooo bad... I realized that since the first video of Risky Woods (for those who don´t know, Risky Woods was announced in TGS´07, and then disappeared... and after years that´s the game, with another name and the same horrible graphics we saw years ago)... a B-classic, but I cannot give it more than 3 stars...
Summary: Deadly Premonition won`t win any awards for graphics, sound, or voice acting, but the story and adventure are relatively engrossing. Definitely worth $20 compared to a lot of other better-looking games that cost 3 times as much but are less fun to play.
Summary: Deadly Premonition isn't a bad game, but it does take time to let it sink its hooks into you. I had to play for several hours before I really started to get into the groove of things. Obviously this game has been compared to Twin Peaks, and with good reason. The developers completely aped just about everything they could from that show, and if you've seen it, you'll notice it almost immediately.
Summary: The first thing that will strike you about Deadly Premonition is the poor (particularly by Xbox360 standards) graphics, this is a budget title make no mistake. For at least the first half-hour your opinion is unlikely to change as you are forced to try and shoot an endless parade of repetitive enemies using controls that would not feel out of place in the original Resident Evil on PSone.

Summary: At first glance this game seems to be a "What the..." kind of foreign game. Keep going and this game will take you on ONE crazy ride. You will fall in love with the quirky nature of Francis York Morgan. Worth the grueling run through and if you don't feel up to it, you could always watch Giant Bomb's endurance run with Brad.
Summary: By far the best game I've played in a long while, despite having a significantly lower budget than all of the recent triple A releases that have come out in the past few years. It may not be the prettiest game, or the most well-designed, but boy is it entertaining through and through. I played through the whole game over the span of a few weeks with some buddies of mine (I played and they watched) and we couldn't stop laughing the whole way through.
Game looks mediocre and handles poorly but all of that is hiding a truly great gaming experience.

Summary: First of all, if you are a Twin Peaks fan, I strongly suggest you consider getting this game. Deadly Premonition is not a game for everyone. Even though I have given this game a perfect 5 stars, it is not at all a perfect game. The graphics are very so-so. The gunplay is bad to be honest. Where this game shines though is in it's unique story and interesting world that Swery has created.
