List All 2 PricesAlthough I have nothing but the utmost respect for Sparky, my brilliant and highly-regarded fellow reviewer, I have to be honest when I say that this is one case when he and I are absolutely, utterly, diametrically opposed. In fact, I couldn't possibly disagree with his final analysis of Deadly Premonition more than I do. He's certainly dead-on about the production values and combat, but I part ways with him on the rest. Read more
Deadly Premonition is that rare game that makes you question just about everything you think you know about what makes a game good. At first glance, it looks like a ridiculously sub-par D-list horror title, and, to a degree, it is. Read more
Of course, there's more (a whole lot more) things that made me want to keep playing beyond the purpose of review. But let's be clear: Deadly Premonition is not a good game. Not in the sense that we use to quantify and rate games, anyway. The problems are pronounced and obvious, but somehow it has a charm and appeal that defies logic. This game is not for everyone. In fact, it won't be for most people. Read more
Deadly Premonition , while lacking in the aesthetic aspect, is a surprisingly entertaining game. Its $19.99 price point may make gamers overlook it, assuming it’s either really short or total crap but neither is the truth. With four long Episodes (made up of multiple chapters totaling upwards of twenty hours), a cast of interesting characters, a truly compelling storyline and a variety of different things to do, it’s likely one of the best... Deadly Premonition is one of those rare games that slip under the radar. There are a few every generation, they're games that eventually become cult classics, and garner a devout following. It's the rare games like these that remind us why we play games. It's a shame that so many gamers will never even hear about FBI Special Agent Francis York Morgan and the Raincoat Killer, because the game has so much to offer. Read more
Deadly Premonition est le genre d'expérience que l'on n'osait plus espérer vivre de nos jours. Empêtré dans une réalisation graphique d'un autre âge, le survival horror ... Read more
The somewhat boring truth is that Deadly Premonition isn’t a game that will forever shake up videogames, but neither is it one whose flaws mark it out as a failed experiment. Instead it may yet become a key game for its approach to the feel of horror videogaming; ugly, inelegant and excessively linear it may be in many places, but Deadly Premonition is also very hard to forget, and the aforementioned sense of intent on the part of the developers works in its favour. Deceptively brilliant, yet shrouded in sub-par visuals. Enter with an open mind and this will hit home. Read more
I can honestly say this is probably the worst game I've played on the Xbox 360. The graphics are ugly, they look like a badly made game for the original Xbox or a high end PC game... from 10 years ago. I can get over a game not looking good (I can even play text only games), but unfortunately that's only the beginning. The game controls and camera are extremely clunky, and the mechanics of the game do not mesh well. Read more

Deadly Premonition is inspired by Twin Peaks, a terminally strange TV show. Having this game written and directed by terminally strange Japanese people makes this game extensively weird and goofy. This is the game's major selling point for me, btw. Read more
To start of, let me just say that this game is flawed is so many ways. The graphics are good Ps2 age at best, the voice acting isn't all that good. The sounds you gun make along with the sound of the environment are not wonderful, and many of them will drive you crazy while your playing. However! All of these things are just little draw backs when you look at the game from a larger point of view. Read more
This has to be the most difficult game to review. I'll get the bad out of the way, the graphics are terrible, movement painful and the driving is shocking, however none of them detract from what is a brilliantly written murder mystery reminscent of Twin Peaks (which sadly I am old enough to remember) The game is bordering on insanity and perfection. I am gripped, the characters are interesting, plot is intriguing and at times it's downright scary. Read more
Deadly Premonition is an exciting, third-person survival-horror action adventure game that places you in the role of Special Agent Francis York Morgan, the FBI agent in charge of investigating the brutal killing of a local beauty and solving the mystery of the "Red Seed Murders." Investigate the murders and unravel each series of interlocking mysteries in the small rural town of Greenvale, Washington while encountering numerous complex, unusual characters along the wa…
