Summary: Good game, cool graphics, ability to create your own weapons which is cool. But the story seems slow, and there aren't enough big bosses, replay value low... .Good online co-op with a friend... Ok game if it's cheap. I'll finish it soon then get rid of it.
The story sucked. The game play was below average. Bleh.

Summary: I played and enjoyed the first two Dead Space games in the series. I was excited when I saw the trailer for Dead Space 3 and hurriedly bought it when I had the chance. How disappointing. The story was horrible, in fact I could even go as far as saying "what story?". It was continues killing of necros. The game play was boring, and repetitive.
Summary: Anyone who has slogged his or her way through Dead Space 1 & 2 knows what's coming, but couldn't they at least give the player a break and not start out with the same sudden "here they come again" action that frankly left me bored. I quit after the first 15 minutes and haven't touched it since.
Summary: Game starts out strong, but once you make it to the half way point the game becomes a chore. Weapon crafting is confusing and once you have the shotgun you don't need much else. Sad to see the series go from a great survival horror replacement for the Resident Evil series to another mindless action shooter.
Summary: As I was thrilled to receive this deadspace game, I was very disappointed with the gameplay. The previous two deadspace games were fantastic horror genre games catering to a specific type of gameplay unparalleled to any other game I had recently played. Walking through levels terrified to go to the next room, not knowing if you will have enough ammo to kill the monsters in there or not. Barely scraping by with enough ammo and health to barely complete the levels.
Summary: As a big fan of the series, I found Dead Space 3 lackluster for a couple different reasons. I knew going in it probably wouldn't be the greatest plot, as the main character has now had a third run in with markers (enemies in the series). At this point in the plot I feel it would have been a better approach to take on a completely new character, perhaps even a prequel that takes place on the ship from the first one.
Summary: Having been a fan of this game series since the first game, I bought this one hoping it would be a worthy third addition to the first two. Unfortunately, that just wasn't really the case. I suppose at the most basic levels, it just doesn't have the same feeling of horror as the first two did. It's not really scary anymore. They shifted the focus away from 'survival horror' and made it a more generic action game with guns and zombies. Depressing.
