Dead Rising 2: Off the Record
John Wrek, Game Informer
7 July 2012
Summary: Not so dead after all... You may have noticed that this review (which will most likely end up being much shorter than the norm you may have grown semi-accustomed to from myself) is not about Dead Rising 2 by itself, but instead the more recent and updated edition of the game- Off the Record.
Summary: Though it may be the vanilla version of Dead Rising 2 it still offers a great and fun experience with lots of bonus content to enjoy. The return of the iconic protagonist Frank West makes the experience that much better. Definitely worth a pick up, especially at its price.
its just dead rising 2 again but frank in it but still fun

Summary: If you weren't a fan of Dead Rising 2, but enjoyed the first Dead Rising game, then this is the perfect way for the series to win back your heart. It brings back the hero from the first instalment, Frank West, as the main character.. In addition to the main game there is a new mode called "Sandbox", in which the player can kill endless hordes of zombies whilst earning cash and levelling up, which improves your character in the main story mode.
Summary: First we had Dead rising
Then we had Case Zero
And then we were blessed with DEAD RISING 2!
and AGAIN with the great co-op Case west
Now we have Dead Rising 2: Off the Record! Thank you thank you! THANK YOU! :D
and such a great deal as well!
Conclusion: The price that is being offered for this game is highly worth it. The game is more of a huge DLC pack than any thing else. I would have gladly paid this much in order to just download all the content on this game for DR2.
Conclusion: The first one was a big let down, more so due to the dodgy save feature, number 2 was a lot better, but the timer on the missions was annoying and there wasn't a free roam mode. With this updated version, it's totally ace. Quite a lot of new features, and most of all, there's now a free roam mode which is ace. Even if you've played the standard version, it's worth swapping it for this version.
