They do a really awesome job making the game visually appealing. Some of the landscapes are just amazing. It makes the game really bearable.

Summary: Despite playing a lot of games, I wasn't really interested in Red Dead Redemption before release. I'm not a Western fan (Back to the Future III aside!), and I'd found GTAIV clunky and dull. But on a whim, I ordered it immediately after launch. And wow! I was hooked! The single-player campaign is breath-taking - the view, the environment, the setting, everything is just done so well. The gameplay is smooth and fun, and the quests are engaging.
Summary: The game grows so well as you keep playing it. It's expansive universe bursts out new flavours with every play and new experiences and objectives only enhance the experience. Even if you didn't really like GTA (I didn't), this is worth a purchase.
