Summary: If you love the DOA series, chances are, you'll love this game! With oodles of content and updated gameplay, Ultimate truly brings about improvements over five. Even if you've beaten 5, 5U is still more than worth the purchase. You wont have to re-unlock anything, and the achievements are exclusive to 5U (meaning they have absolutely nothing to do with 5). Online play is improved, new characters are fun, and the bonus content is worth your hours and dollars.
Summary: This is my third time purchasing a game from the DOA franchise. Somehow these games keep disappearing and I find myself getting another one. This game is cool because it is one of very few that my wife, my 13 year old daughter and I all enjoy to play and compete against one another in. I think that the game play and graphics are top of the line for a fighting series. I have been playing this game for years and it hasn't gotten old yet.
Summary: The fan service in the game is pretty great. The story - eh - not so much. If it was a as fun to play as it is to look at, the bad story wouldn't matter. Every now and then I play it with my girlfriend and we have fun, but I couldn't say much skill is involved.
Summary: After Spending 15hrs on Injustice: Gods Among Us I was able to pick up DOA 5 Ultimate Ondemand during Microsoft's New Year Sale Keep in mind I own DOA 5 so i was on the fence about buying a Upgraded version I'm gonna compare it to Injustice I know they are much different games but, Lets be honest DOA5U runs circles around injustice just being fun and easy to pick up and play Ultimate is pretty slick it moves super fast and looks good as always!
