Summary: Didn't like the fact i bought this and you can only play it online or sysytem link when on the back the company specified co-op w/o sytem link. I was pretty let down by this, if your a online gamer im sure its great but dont get it if you think its for local co-op.
Summary: I recently played this game from start to finish and I'm astonished at how Dead Island gets such positive word of mouth free from any criticism. Its an extremely flawed game and I will share the worst of them. For me, my experience with Dead Island soured when I hit act 2. In act 2, you wind up in the city and there are zombies everywhere. The result is a lot of cheap deaths that will likely drive you nuts. Here you will face big groups of zombies.
Summary: this game is awful. yeah the concept of it is alright, don't get me wrong. it sets itself apart from other games of the genre. But for a game to make playing the story alone such a hassle is probably the worst idea ever even thought of since the universe began. making it multi-player is fun yes, but to make it only multi-player through xbox live is terrible.
Summary: The entire game is mediocre at best. The game has no good story to it. The graphics and animations are very bad. Sound is poor. Controls to me could have been much more crisp. Overall I did not enjoy the game one bit and was not far into it before deciding to turn it off.
Summary: The concept and idea the game has is good for a zombie game, but the actually gameplay needs a lot of work. Some missions blatantly tell you where things are while others don't. Nothing is marked/labelled on the map so it's all guess work. All in all there are a lot of flaws that could've been worked out to make this game better, but for what it is, its not horrible.
Summary: I got this game yesterday 1/13 & played it for about 40 min & I am starting to think I waisted $39.00. I think the gameplay is OK The weapons you beat the Zombies with break to soon & you got to search for another one.
Summary: This game was a great Idea. Borderlands with zombies. It should be the ultimate zombie face smashing adventure. What could go wrong? You'd think nothing. Deep silver proved that to be wrong. This game was terrible. I played it once and hated it. I tried to go back and give it another try, but I only played it for less that ten minutes before I put it back to collect dust on my shelf. I'm glad I didn't personally waste MY money on this.
