Summary: WANT A NICE CLEAN GAME THAT TAKES DAYS IF NOT WEEKS TO COMPLETE? This is the game for you. You and up to 3 other friends can play this free of the hackers and cheating kids that ruin most live match games. Or you can roll your dice and just join whoever is on line but then YOU ARE ASKING FOR CHEATING NASTY KIDS AND YOUNG ADULTS BRINGING IN MODDED WEAPONS AND OR OTHER VIRUSES THAT CAN CAUSE YOUR SYSTEM PROBLEMS... Up to you...
Summary: Loved the game! Survive an island full of zombies by scavenging melee weapons like baseball bats, wrenches and small knifes, and patch yourself with a doze of the local energy drink :-) It has a main line of gameplay to follow and lots of side quests that will drive your through the island. With that and the achievements you're certainly in front of a large amount of hours of killing and running off from zombie hordes.
Summary: I found it cheaper else where, Which is a bummer. But other then that it is an awesome and fun game. It takes some getting used to at first. I would say this game is for 18+ due to the nature of the game. Fast shipping from seller that I ordered it from. I got pretty far into the game the first day playing it. But I love games like this. Plus side it can be played online with others.
A decent, genuinely creepy horror/RPG (single player review)

Summary: I don't like horror: not games, not movies, not books. This game drew me in spite of the aforementioned fact, as well as its flaws. Set on a tropical island, the four playable characters(each with different strengths but not really different story lines) awake one morning to chaos in the resort hotel they are staying in.
Summary: It really comes alive though when you're allowed to explore at you're leisure. Taking on side quests can be a bit If anyone has seen zombie flesh eaters (1979) then you would agree Dead island has similar qualities, most likely due to the fact they both include a tropical island and zombies.I love the realistic touches and the added difficulty some of it presents and I for one will be having fun with this game for a long time.
Summary: i bought this game and put it in my xbox to play but couldnt because a message kept coming up saying your xbox is not connected to a network well it didnt say that on the game untill you go to play it .
Summary: I purchased this under the misconception that I'd be able to play co-op on one system, so it's really my own fault for not reading closely enough about the game. From what I've seen, it looks like it would be a fun game like a more realistic looking L4D. However, I have no interest in going through the campaign alone and my friends and I don't plan on paying for Live anytime soon, so I'll be passing on this one.
